Welcome to HCM Visuals. By accessing or booking services through this website (https://www.hcmvisuals.ca/), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Services
HCM Visuals provides photography services including but not limited to weddings, engagements, maternity, and lifestyle sessions. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the session/event date, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduled with sufficient notice.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
In case of cancellation by the client, payments made (excluding retainer) may be partially refunded at the discretion of HCM Visuals.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must arrive on time and be prepared for the session.
HCM Visuals is not responsible for missed moments due to lateness or lack of cooperation.
It is the client’s responsibility to obtain permission for shooting at specific locations.
5. Artistic Style
By booking HCM Visuals, you acknowledge and agree to the photographer’s creative style, editing, and artistic direction. Final images are delivered based on this style and are not subject to change.
6. Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered via an online gallery.
Delivery timelines vary depending on the service.
Raw (unedited) images are not provided.
7. Usage & Copyright
HCM Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license to download, share, and print images.
Images may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.
HCM Visuals may use images for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
HCM Visuals will take all reasonable steps to deliver high-quality services. However:
Liability is limited to the total amount paid.
HCM Visuals is not responsible for circumstances beyond control (weather, venue restrictions, emergencies, etc.).
9. Equipment & Backup
Professional equipment and backup systems are used. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, loss, or damage, liability is limited as stated above.
10. Website Use
All content on this website (images, text, branding) is owned by HCM Visuals.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
11. Changes to Terms
HCM Visuals reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
